We are currently seeking an experienced Real Estate Attorney. The successful candidate will have a Juris Doctor Degree, membership in The Florida Bar, and at least 10 years of intensive experience in real property law; transactional and land use matters; and corporate law with an emphasis on real property law practiced in an intermediate or larger law firm environment. Responsibilities include providing day-to-day legal services, support and advice to The Company and its affiliates; assisting management in decision making, business negotiations, regulatory permitting and land use entitlements; and assisting General Counsel in managing the legal affairs of The Company and its affiliates, including managing outside counsel and community governance matters.
