Company is currently seeking a new Staff Attorney who reporting to the Vice President, Legal & General Counsel will have the opportunity to provide a wide breadth of legal support to company and its international area offices by working with staff counsel, outside counsel, and HQ and area office management. Negotiate and draft contracts, including partnership agreements, sponsorship agreements, donor agreements, license and affiliation agreements, both government and private grant agreements, service agreements, lease agreements and other miscellaneous agreements. Provide comprehensive legal support to company in areas of corporate governance, regulatory matters, tax issues, brand management, ethics, codes of conduct and compliance, labor and employment, real estate, and risk management.
