This position will report to the director of company’s anti-corruption program within Commercial Legal. The individual will help implement an effective cross functional anti-corruption program at the company. The individual will help develop and carry out policies and procedures; provide business conduct and compliance support to the company’s Access Operations and Emerging Markets; assess and act upon issues identified during due diligence processes; assist in implementing training and communication plans; and contribute to monitoring, auditing and enforcement activities to ensure consistent application of Company policies.
