Structure, draft, review and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements, including SaaS, software and technology licensing, purchasing, development, professional services, consulting, NDAs, and others. Advise and support various teams across the company, including sales, engineering, finance, procurement, marketing, HR and others, on legal issues and risks, complex deal structures, approval processes, company policies and procedures, and negotiation strategy. Serve as key interface to clients and provide input for continuous improvement on templates, legal policies, processes, and other legal documents.
