Counseling for R&D teams and IP support for marketing is among your tasks. Represent the company in the procedures before the USPTO and managing representation in procedures at other patent offices such as the EPO and JPO. Your activities include participation in international project teams, drafting of patent applications and evaluating of complex patent landscapes in the context of our development projects - from a legal as well as an economic point of view. Manage an active and expanding patent portfolio(s), coordinate and run quarterly patent committees, implement and revise IP strategies for portfolio(s).
