Senior Counsel allocating approximately 50% of his/her time providing support on IP/IT issues in mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and associated agreements, including patents, trademarks, copyrights, software and technology. Will work with business teams, IT professionals, in-house corporate and legal M&A departments and outside counsel. Also responsible for trademark issues in commercial contracts, sponsorships, standalone trademark licenses, and other business related agreements.
