This attorney will provide support to Media Sales (TV, home video, VOD) and Publishing (both self-published and licensed publications) teams with primary responsibility for all legal issues arising from those groups. When other members of the Legal team are unavailable, this person will be called upon to provide overflow and backfill support to the rest of business operations including its Merchandise Licensing, Trading Card, Marketing, and Video Game businesses. The successful candidate will be someone who can review current contracts and contracting practices in this area and provide suggestions for continual improvement.
