The VP, Corporate Counsel will be responsible for negotiating business transactions including mergers and acquisitions and provide legal guidance and counsel to all levels of management in the conduct of business for all areas of the organization. The position includes preparing and reviewing contracts involving purchases, sales, mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, strategic alliances, licenses, services agreements, and other customer contracts. Researching proposed and existing legislation, reviewing business practices and policies, and advising management of potential risks.
