Primarily be responsible for creating, implementing and maintaining the audit and compliance strategy for company and its managed practices (together “Company”). Providing guidance to the senior management team on all audit and compliance-related matters. Working with senior management and legal counsel to determine risks and action plans. Creating and implementing audits, policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance across Company and its managed practices. Interface and coordinate with Company’s outside revenue management vendor in relation to audit and compliance matters.
