Under the supervision of General Counsel, the Associate General Counsel is responsible for assisting in, managing and overseeing the overall legal operations and functions of the bank and its affiliates and working on legal, regulatory and business matters affecting the Bank. Responsibilities include providing direct legal advice and support to the Bank’s executive management team, business units and other support centers and advancing the interest of the Bank and its operations through support of risk and compliance functions of the Bank. Provide legal advice regarding banking and securities laws and regulations, advertising, promotional materials, and product-related language.
