The Senior Regulatory Counsel reports directly to the Senior Vice President and General Counsel. In coordination with our Public Policy and Corporate Affairs team, he or she assists with strategic regulatory policy advocacy and serves as a vital contributor on business and legal strategy, facilitating and influencing optimal outcomes for the company arising from federal and state level regulatory policy affecting the biorefining industry. This position will operate as the “tip of the spear” within the biorefining industry to implement the Renewable Fuel Standard and will have the unique opportunity to be a significant player in the transformation of our carbon-based economy into a sustainable, biobased economy that will positively benefit generations to come.
