Assist the Associate General Counsel for the western and southwestern regions in all aspects of construction law, as well as ancillary legal areas applicable to a national multi-billion dollar corporation, such as corporate, employment and labor law, among others. Conduct moderate to complex legal research on a variety of topics in multiple states that relate to the business. In the applicable regions, company currently performs work in California, Nevada, Arizona, Colorado, New Mexico, and Utah. Draft memoranda, correspondence, and reports summarizing research findings and offer opinions regarding liability, risk transfer, and exposure.
