We currently have an outstanding career opportunity for an Assistant General Counsel. Reporting to company’s Legal Team and supporting the Company Compliance Practice, the successful candidate will be the primary legal counsel for the Practice and negotiate, prepare and finalize commercial agreements with both clients and third-party vendors of the Practice, while also supporting additional legal support requirements of the Practice (e.g., training, business practice reviews, etc.).
