Drafting and negotiation of a wide variety of commercial agreements such as customer contracts, MOUs, publishing agreements, NDAs, re-seller and partnership agreements. Responsible for providing legal counsel to broad range of internal clients on issues related to contract interpretation, privacy, intellectual property, risk mitigation, government contracts and related requirements. Work closely with Sales, Finance, Editorial, Product Management and other company functions, conducting legal analysis and providing legal advice concerning to day-to-day business operations.
