This position leads the corporate strategic and tactical legal initiatives. Oversees a broad range of corporate secretarial and legal functions including corporate legal matters, corporate secretarial work and privacy policy for all legal entities and companies. Provides senior management with effective advice on company strategies and their implementation and manage the legal team, outside counsel, special investigation and subrogation functions. This position is directly involved in complex business transactions including negotiating critical contracts.
