We are looking for a candidate with broad experience advising on laws and regulations of all types governing the operations of financial institutions, particularly national banks. While the primary focus of the position will be on the areas described below, general knowledge of the broader laws and regulations applicable to financial institutions will be considered favorably. The compliance attorney will be one of three legal positions that share responsibility for advising the Corporate Compliance Department and applicable business units regarding the panoply of laws governing the Bank’s activities.
