The General Counsel (“GC”) will serve as lead counsel for company and will be a key member of the Group’s senior leadership team. The General Counsel will manage all legal and business affairs issues impacting the division, supervise the Group’s lawyers and legal staff, and work to ensure that the legal function operates as a true partner with the business by offering creative, proactive solutions to difficult legal issues. The General Counsel will also coordinate transactional, litigation, employment law, intellectual property, government relations and compliance matters that impact the division, in cooperation with corporate legal resources.
