As an integral member of the Legal Team, Senior Counsel provides practical, business-oriented strategic advice and counsel to help the organization meet its business objectives through an in-depth understanding of the laws, rules and regulations applicable to the company’s mission and activities. As a key member of the Legal team, Senior Counsel is a trusted advisor to the organization on legal matters. Review and advise on programs, initiatives, and contracts related to scientific and clinical research, clinical laboratory testing, reimbursement and compliance, and various other business transactions.
