The Senior Corporate Counsel (Securities and M&A) will provide legal advice on mergers and acquisitions, direct investments, Securities Exchange Act reporting, securities offerings and corporate governance. He/she will work closely with in-house and outside lawyers, draft and review M&A and investment documentation and securities law filings, and be an integral part of the company's legal team, working closely with other company departments, including finance, tax and corporate development.
