The Labor & Employment Corporate Counsel will lead and assist the General Counsel and other Corporate Counsel in the provision of all legal work for the Company, but with a specialization in labor and employment matters. The job responsibilities may change over time, but will include representing the Company in some or all of the following areas: Represent the Company before administrative agencies and state courts with regard to labor and employment matters. Represent the Company in unemployment hearing matters.
