Monitors and advises on Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) issues and regulations and prepares SEC filings including filings on Form 10-K, Form 10-Q, Form 8-K, Form 3,4 and 5s, Schedule 13D and Schedule 13G. Assists in the preparation of earning releases and other public announcements. Monitors and maintains various corporate governance practices and policies, including advising the company on governance best practices and consulting with outside governance organizations.
