The Regional Director of Real Estate will be responsible for real estate site selection for locations. In addition to site selection, this position will manage broker relationships along with analyze, prioritize and execute site selection plans to deliver both appropriate new sites to meet company’s growth plans. Develop and executing growth strategies in the Southwest (AR, LA, OK, TX, NM, CO, and NV). Prioritize markets based on demographics, psychographics, competitive volumes and other factors that are known to impact restaurant sales volumes.
