The Capital Markets Documentation Unit is responsible for negotiating and managing the International Swap and Derivatives Association (ISDA) and other similar contracts between the firm and our customers. Currently, the firm is seeking candidates to become part of a new legal team that will learn contract negotiation in support of firm’s derivative trading business. This position supports the firm’s global derivatives business by providing essential negotiation and contract administration support for the firm’s derivative trading contracts. The Negotiator is responsible for all stages of the contract process from the initial drafting through execution. In a complex and high volume business negotiations need be conducted in a timely, thorough and efficient manner.
