The Repo Division within the Capital Markets Documentation Unit is responsible for negotiating and managing the Master Repurchase Agreement (MRA) and other similar contracts between the firm and our customers. Currently, company is seeking candidates to become part of a new legal team that will provide support for contract negotiations for the company’s fixed income finance desk. The candidate will act in a mid-level legal negotiation role and handle various contract development responsibilities.
