This position reports directly to the General Counsel and is responsible for drafting and negotiating various agreements, advising on regulatory and compliance issues, and managing legal risks associated with the business activities the company and other affiliated entities operating in the United States. This position will work collaboratively with other members of the Legal Department, outside counsel and management and personnel to efficiently provide practical legal advice and clear recommendations to all levels of management and staff within the organization and to help achieve its strategic business goals while minimizing legal risks. This position leads and directs the work of other department staff members as assigned by the General Counsel.
