Provide regulatory counsel on a variety of health care matters with an emphasis on health care fraud and abuse, integrated care, Medicare Advantage Agreements, HCC-RAF Coding regulatory and related issues, managed care, management services agreements, physician relationships, regulatory, licensing, and a full gamut of agreements.
