Senior Intellectual Property Policy Counsel who will assist in advancing company's intellectual property policy objectives and priorities, specifically those related to trade secrets and copyrights with the additional ability to cover patent issues as needed. The individual will oversee areas of assignment involving trade secret, copyright, and patent polices and be responsible for engaging with policy-makers, industry members, governments, and others, both within the United States and globally, to accomplish identified priorities. They will need to effectively manage outside counsel on projects related to their assigned work, to keep track of developments in the law, and to represent Intel externally in advocating for changes to policy and the law.
