The Director of Legal Affairs and Risk Management will have strategic oversight as well as administration for the University’s legal, risk management and compliance programs. The Director will be the primary point of contact for all legal matters, which includes, contracting and policy/procedure development necessary to ensure University compliance with all applicable governmental regulatory bodies and maintain systems and policies to prevent illegal, unethical, or improper conduct in the University’s operations. This position will support the various operating units across campus including, but not limited to, Human Resources, Academic Affairs, Campus Operations, and the Advancement Office.
