The Senior Associate General Counsel - Contracts will have primary responsibility for efficiently drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide array of commercial contracts, often on tight deadlines, including master services, procurement, marketing, licensing, sales, confidentiality and other contracts. Ability to manage competing priorities while consistently delivering on-time, first-class work product with minimal supervision. Provide sound, well-reasoned legal advice to the company and its business units.
