This position is an entry level position providing advice and counsel on general operational and compliance matters, manages litigation, reviews and negotiates of a wide variety contracts and leases and provides support on corporate transactions (mergers and acquisitions). Provide legal advice and counsel to company in connection with litigation, contracts, real estate (buy/sell and lease); mergers/acquisitions/divestitures and general operational (day-to-day) issues.
