The Senior Director, Transactional Counsel is a mid-level attorney position that will report to the Executive Director, Legal Affairs and be intimately involved with supporting the company and working with its clients and attorneys on a variety of legal projects. The Transactional Counsel must possess a strong analytical and detail oriented skill set in order to evaluate the complex issues affecting the company, and offer practical solutions for supervising attorneys. The Transactional Counsel must also have exceptionally strong business acumen and the ability to work effectively and efficiently on multiple project in a busy work environment, while being a critical go-to partner for fellow peers in the company and legal department.
