Reporting to the SVP and General Counsel, the primary responsibility of this position will be to review, draft and negotiate a wide variety of contracts, licensing agreements, including, end user licensing agreements, Master Software and Services Agreements, Consulting Agreements, Reseller Agreements and other applicable agreements to support the business. Draft a variety of agreements, assist in negotiating agreements and in structuring key transaction terms in a manner that helps the business achieve its objectives. Coordinate with the legal team and the business to drive transactions toward completion, including liaising with key legal, sales, account management, human resources, finance, tax, risk management, and other outside business resources.
