The position will be responsible for regularly counseling Corporation, its U.S.-based affiliates and its ultimate parent, with respect to a wide variety of transactional, securities, capital markets and corporate legal matters, including: Public and private acquisitions, Carve-outs and divestitures, Strategic minority and venture capital investments, restructurings and exits, M&A-related U.S. Federal securities law compliance and reporting, Antitrust CFIUS; and Corporate governance oversight of, and legal reorganizations within, the U. S.-consolidated group.
