Senior litigation and trial attorney to assist in management of litigation, group operations and complex matters, with a focus on hands-on management and resolution of complex consumer and commercial litigation, assessment of litigation root causes and mitigation of litigation risk. Manage all aspects of complex consumer and commercial litigation (and pre-litigation disputes), including: analysis of disputes, early case assessments, mediations, litigation strategy, review of pleadings, preparation and supervision of arbitrations & trials.
