Counsel will serve as the supporting litigation attorney for the Litigation/Employment Practice Group of company's Legal Department, primarily providing support to the Associate General Counsel-Litigation and other areas as assigned by the General Counsel or Chief Legal Officer. Support company in litigation matters and disputes with third parties, including coordination of internal resources, outside counsel and service providers. Develop case strategy, write and edit briefs and motions, conduct fact investigations, identify and interview witnesses, attend and/or conduct depositions.
