Primary responsibility is to provide a broad range of legal counseling, advice and services to the Company, particularly in the labor, employment, commercial and compliance areas. Must have excellent academic credentials, be admitted to practice law in at least one state, and be eligible for admission as an Attorney or Corporate Counsel in Ohio. Serve as member of global legal team and the Company's primary attorney for HR, labor, employment and related matters.
