This position reports to the Vice President - Legal, Corporate Transactions and Governance and is primarily responsible for providing legal counsel with regard to mergers and acquisitions (M&A), divestitures, joint ventures and similar corporate transactions across the enterprise, as well as assisting on certain matters relating to corporate governance, corporate finance and/or securities matters. In supporting enterprise M&A efforts, this position requires close coordination and partnership with multiple functions throughout the company, including the corporate and business development teams, the business units, and all external consultants and outside counsel used during a corporate transaction.
