Company is seeking an experienced attorney who will report to the General Counsel and advise business clients on a wide variety of labor, benefit and employment legal matters. Responsibilities include providing counsel on all areas of workplace laws and policies including hiring, leave, discharge, benefit plans, executive compensation, immigration, collective bargaining and compliance with wage and hour, workplace safety, affirmative action, discrimination, FMLA, NLRB and related matters. Responsibilities also include reviewing workplace policies, training internal clients, managing litigation, government agency investigations and administrative charges as well as the assessment, selection, and supervision of outside counsel.
