As part of the US Legal Leadership Team and reporting directly to the US General Counsel, provide legal analysis and counsel on employment related issues, policies and programs. As primary legal counsel to HR professionals across the US footprint anticipate and guard against legal risks facing the company, develop and recommend company policy and position on legal and business issues impacting people strategy. Reporting to a DGC or AGC, the Legal Director works independently under high--level direction, including identifying and managing legal risks with very high impact to the business, and developing and implementing legal strategy.
