The position provides a full range of attorney functions with a focus on trademark portfolio management, prosecution, maintenance and enforcement. This role will be working primarily in the area of intellectual property, and this will include support on advertising, marketing and packaging reviews for trademark usage and related legal issues. Handles all steps of civil enforcement of the company’s intellectual property from initial investigation to drafting cease and desist letters and settlement agreements.
