Reporting to the Vice President, Chief Intellectual Property Counsel, the Senior Patent Counsel will provide strategic vision in managing the Company’s current and future intellectual property to develop and implement overall strategic directives. The Senior Patent Counsel will be responsible for client counseling, portfolio management, advising complex business transactions, dispute and litigation, licensing , patent drafting, prosecution and enforcement, publication review, due diligence and opinion work. The Senior Patent Counsel will be an integral working partner with the company's Business Units and Research and Development organizations. .
