This position will be responsible for preparing SEC and NYSE filings; preparing for annual shareholder meetings as well as board and committee meetings. With the SEC compliance duties you will work with paralegals on Section 16 pre-clearances and insider trading compliance and provide securities law research and advice across the organization. Significant collaboration will be required with our Finance and HR teams for all securities filings such as 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, and Proxy Statements.
