Position involves working under the direction of the Senior Trade Compliance counsel to provide legal advice on the full range of export/import compliance, with a primary focus on investigations of trade compliance matters, identification of the root cause of violations and assistance with the implementation of sustainable and effective corrective actions. In addition to investigations, the Trade Compliance Counsel will work closely with the Senior Trade Compliance counsel to proactively identify issues and resolve them. The Trade Compliance Counsel will assist with maintaining and analyzing metrics to help with prevention of violations.
