Office of General Counsel is seeking an experienced lawyer to be the intellectual property counsel for its Intelligence, Information, and Services (IIS) division. Reporting directly to the division's Vice President and General Counsel (solid line) and to the company's Vice President for Intellectual Property & Licensing (dotted line), this position will be responsible for all IP legal matters throughout the division. This person will support the preparation, review, negotiation, and revision of the IP aspects of various proposals and agreements.
