Provides all employment and distribution legal support on matters assigned and, when used, manage work by external legal resources for company and manages insurance entities; monitors reporting procedures and requirements; and maintains the Corporate Legal case management system. Provides all legal support on assigned matters, including research and opinion preparation, within the Employment and Distribution unit in the corporate legal division related to the entities operating under the company service mark. Provide sound and useful regular counsel to clients of the unit.
