Houston-based Legal Department counsel with primary responsibility for global litigation matters with emphasis on proactive management of litigation to minimize exposure and manage costs. Duties include handling all aspects of litigation matters from notice of potential claim through final disposition and involve close interaction with the company’s business unit personnel, company Legal Department personnel, outside counsel, opposing counsel, court personnel, expert witnesses and others. Under direct supervision of Chief Litigation Counsel who has overall global responsibility for litigation matters.
