Our Litigation & Claims Corporate Counsel job provides you with an opportunity to provide litigation and claims dispute resolution and case management on design professional liability and construction project delivery related issues across a broad range of business groups. Each day you will be engaged in design services, program management, at risk construction, and construction management projects both domestically and internationally. You should be a self-motivated attorney with at least 10 years counsel or in-house experience in design professional liability or construction claims litigation and a desire to grow personally and professionally with project.
