The CAO / VP will provide critical management and strategic support to the CEO in the areas of Human Resource Management, Office Facilities Management and various other special projects. In the area of Human Resources, this position will provide leadership in the areas of Organizational Effectiveness, Human Capital Management, Performance Management, Talent Reviews, Employee Development, Career Management, and identify and lead large scale projects to drive cost savings. The position requires proficiency in budgeting, planning, analytics and the ability to work across a wide array of disciplines to implement processes and procedures that result in improvement to the organization’s performance and cost structure.
