Seeking a Senior Corporate Counsel candidate with 5+ years of experience in commercial contracts, software licenses, technology licensing, open source policy, privacy and supply contracts in a high-tech corporate environment. The Sr. Corporate Counsel will be the primary liaison with our Sales, Customer Services, Marketing, Engineering and Operations teams and a significant part of the job will consist of reviewing, negotiating and drafting agreements for sales transactions and supporting the company’s worldwide sales, services organizations and channel distribution programs, as well as new product expansion. The individual will also be responsible for the ongoing improvement of legal policies, templates, processes and activities within the legal department.
