The incumbent establishes company’s global real estate & personal property strategy and drives its implementation in coordination with senior leaders from both the operations and corporate teams. Negotiates large and complex transactions for the lease, purchase and sale of real & personal property on the company’s behalf. Leads key projects, displaying superior project management skills, including the coordination of brokers, architects, engineers, attorneys and other real estate advisors, in the acquisition and relocation of properties. Supports global department in same.
